I booked hotel at 2nd Nov but at the time of check-in they say to pay extra 863/- for check-in . if you want to charged extra money so why put low amount, and staff not co operate properly

The staff who work in reception was very rude. That was very rude behaviour . Bed was not good at all . Never suggest any one to stay on that hotel . No water provided in the room .

They demand more money at the time of checking. I booked in 1245 but they asked me tlfor more money 555 as they were demanding 1800. Staff was not cooperative at all.
