Very unprofessional attitude of the manager Hemant. there is no room service available and that's too only at the convenient hours. there are no morning services and it starts at 11 am. No laundry service. Indifferent n rude attitude towards ladies. Rude behaviour of the manager ,Hemant No tea coffee until 12 noon Water supply in the bathroom (flush doesn't work) There is no cleaning staff , one staff is a cleaner and he is the chef too

Firstly, they said I have to pay extra money for this room because they don't give the room below 1000 rupees so I have paid 300 rupees extra for this room . Second, bathroom amenities like soap and towel are missing when I told them they give only soup not towel. Third, Slow Service and food was not good at all

bed sheet dirty, pillow cover dirty, bath room not having sufficient toiletaries, room smelling like someone urinated. first they denyed about room booking,than after sometime given room. Tv not functioning, no program, overall worst hotel, don't book. after all saying give 5 star rating??

fantastic Stay. Cooperative manager Mr. Hemant. rooftop resto facility. Near to the airport.comfortable stay with ac rooms and mini-fridge in the room. No electric cut during 03 days stayClean room and washroom as well as cooperative staff. No check-in and checkout issue.
