I booked the room and done the payment as well but when I reached the hotel the receptionist ask for the additional amount so this is not a way you are showing the different amount and accept the booking by taking payment in advance and when the guest reached the hotel asking additional payment and even after paying in advance we are not getting a room on reaching the hotel. I am very disappointed with this and after making the additional payment as well. not getting a good room. the thing is we had done the payment and it is non refundable thats why they make additional payment because guest money is alredy with them and if guest not pay additional they dont give refund as well.

All amenities and ambience are equally arranged, and also the breakfast was awesome too. If we talk about service which was provided are fine but not so good. some rooms doesn't have good ambience, need to maintain property premises better. They doesn't avail early check in this hotel, you have to wait for 12:00 pm onwards after that you'll get the room. This one thing I generally don't like In this HOTEL.

Room was Very dirty . Bed cover very Dirty. Curtains seems to be full of dust. Person available on Front Dest was very rude . Make us wait 1 hr to provide room . Health Faucet was leaking all night in the washroom . Might be By chance but it was really bad experience in this Property . Room Service Staff was good cooperative. And Breakfast was really good.

I had booked 3 rooms but each room had its own problem then the hotel changed the room but in these rooms also the same problem, no one's AC is working, the window of any room is broken, only kettle with it no milk, tea, bag No pouch, the staff was good so one day we went to change rooms which was their full support.
