Treebo Celebrity Hotels And Suites

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Celebrity Hotels and Suits. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst stays I've ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly. From the moment I checked in, I was met with rude and uncooperative staff who seemed uninterested in assisting guests. I forgot to check his name unfortunately, he is having such an attitude as we went to occupy his personal space. The amenities that were advertised were either not available or in a terrible state. Especially Wifi, Water and breakfast. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management clearly needs to address the issues with both the service quality and staff behavior to prevent other guests from having similar experiences.

actually I have booked the hotel at 9:40 pm and i went hotel 10:40 pm i talked with customer care he told me to check next day with in 1 pm but the hotel reception started calling me from 10:30 to check out otherwise we will charge extra i told him we will check out at 12 pm he is not ready to accept my request..i have changed out 11:00 am he not given chance to eat breakfast also I think this all is not good for this hotel

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is a bit inside from the main road but calm and not very crowded. Car parking is not available and you need to take street parking. Restaurant service is not available and breakfast is arranged from outside. Overall the place offers a good and decent stay.

I booked the Deluxe room but they provided Standard Room. They didn't provide dental kit and when I asked they said it's Over. But the hotel provided Complementary Breakfast which is good. Hotel staff also Nice. Overall Good Stay for the Price. -
