Worst ever hotel ever stayed in whole India. Cockroaches 🪳 in the bed room ( check the photo I have uploaded), waist savage water leak in washroom next to bath towel , no working AC , No cable connections in room , they charge Rs.75 for a small 200 ml extra water bottles ( worth Rs.5). They literally abused us by asking my marriage proof when I travelled all the way from Hyderabad by driving and reached at Nagpur at night. I had to show my marriage photos from instagram and they taken photos of it before getting the room even after making payment. Which was first time in life. They even can cancel our booking without refund based on their moods even at late night to families itseems.Don’t know in which century those receptionist and managers living in. I am frequent traveller stayed in many cities from normal hotels to 5 star properties. This is the worst ever stay in my whole life. Never will recommend this property to anyone whoever is for business trip / family / leisure etc. 1 star out of 5.

Chek in process was not at all smooth we came before chek in time at 9am in the hotel and the check in tume was 12 also i have got complimentary 2hrs before chek in but after we went into the hotel they told to pay us 800rps for early cheke in i told them about complimentary check in they they said wait till 10am after that they will allot room for us, but after 10am i asked them they said we couldn't allot room for u you have to wait till 12 eveb tho there were room available itwas to disappointing, reception staff was not at all professional, they were cockroaches in the room, jet spray was broken also they gave us experied milk powder. Breakfast also average Also hotel was not worth the price you'll get better hotel in this price

Property is new ,but not maintained well. power sockets not working, TV d2h not recharged and not bothered. wifi not available. hair dryer also not working. Early check-in guaranteed on app but on arrival reception team denied and charged Rs 600 for early check-in. they promised they wil change room by evening but after enquiry again denied saying rooms are full.
