I had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Jammu. Though not proactively attentive, the staff was consistently courteous and ready to assist whenever approached. One positive was that the hotel assisted in arranging conveyance and local transport, which made getting around much easier. The location is a bit of a drawback as it’s in Transport Nagar, truck hub—but it’s relatively close to the railway station, which can be convenient for some travelers. The rooms could use better maintenance, but overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay. Dining experience was a pleasant surprise, breakfast options were good, with the à la carte selections standing out for their taste and quality.

Room was clean. However, no warm water during bathing available, Breakfast was cold in buffet. Have to ask for warm breakfast and wait when half of breakfast was taken, No cut fruits or juice available as per menu and no-one to refil the tray. Lastly, the hotel is singly located in a desolate location wherein no market nearby and noise of trucks is high. So, plan by taking things into consideration

First of all, dont go by the brand name treebo. Its a third class property with 4th class location. Its in transport area with trucks all around and open drain flowing in front of main gate. Not suitable for family or even any kind of stay. The rooms are also smelling badly and totally non-professional approach of the staff.

Wastage of money, no staff, no cleaning, not good surrounding , limited menu breakfast with pathetic options. Not worth to stay. I am quite amazed to see that how such a big platform Goibibo have listed this propert on its portal, it will definitely ruins the reputation of Goibibo. I have wasted my money there.

upside: 1. polite, supportive staff. 2. bed is good and comfortable. downside: 1. the hot water facility is limited from 7 am till 10 am only in the bathroom. 2. the location is behind the narwal bus stand but is deserted after 7 pm. 3. the ambience of the rooms is not too good.

I really liked the hotel. it was good stay for family. clean rooms,clean washroom. don't know why people wrote unnecessary concerns in reviews, it was actually confusing for me to decide. yet I have booked the hotel and it was good stay.

worst stay here, because of not the hotel staff was supporting not the room quality was according to the charges. electricity was not available during the stay and hotel staff was helpless to served for anything that I want during my stay.

Didn't not use this booking. And treebo has very poor customer service.They Failed to help me to change my booking dates neither did they give my money back. The worst experience would never recommend treebo to anyone.

There is no electricity here.AC doesn't work like this, mosquitoes bite.People take hotels because , but this hotel is in the transport area, so only drivers can stay here. really disgusting.

Rooms were not well maintained Intercom was not working. The knob to lock the room from inside was broken. The room was not adequate as per the cost. it was an average room. .
