Treebo Premium Vahada 7 Minutes drive from Ambalapuzha Sree Krishna Swamy Temple

I had a good stay at Vahada Hotel. The positive aspects I noticed were that the hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and has well-maintained rooms. The reception was welcoming, and the standard of the rooms was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The staff was not friendly, and there were no smiles or communication with guests, which is a major drawback in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the bathroom had only a few bath towels and just one shower gel, with no other basic amenities provided—this was quite disappointing. The most important concern I want to bring to the attention of the hotel management and maintenance team is regarding room security. This was my fifth stay at Vahada, and for the last three visits, I have faced the same issue—there was no proper lock on the room windows. I reported this to the reception each time, and they informed me that the issue was due to a faulty wooden lock in that particular room. However, the fact that this problem still exists is unacceptable. Immediate action needs to be taken to ensure guest safety and comfort. Vahada is a great hotel, but it needs better upkeep and staff training. The team plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience, and improvements in hospitality and service will make a significant difference. I booked room for around 2.5K.Parking available and hotel staffs found polite.Room is neat and clean, kettle, hair dryer , towels provided. All over these this is a new property so things ,furniture, blanket and ac all are well condition and they properly maintaining. I strongly recommend for families, couples and everyone.

Very good hotel with all amenities. Lot of parking place, bar attached hotel. Neat and clean spacious room with all basic thing's including mini fridge. Food was good & staff's behavior excellent.. ENJOYED MY STAY IN THIS LOVELY HOTEL
