the hotel is in remote location, leaving you with no choice for food other than the hotel dining facility. the panoramic view of the bhimtal lake is awesome and worthy. the road to the hotel is too steep and risky, however, the hotel does not have a control on that. goibibo must mention such things in their briefs about the hotel. apart from that it's more like a homestay, not a hotel, families are partying with alcohol till late night in open, which does not seems suitable for all. food quality and staff behavior is good. overall summarising - location - 2 outdoor - 4 facility -4 dining options - 2 food quality - 4 food price - 2 suggested to choose other hotels at higher base rate, but have other facilities nearby. the overall stay cost will be same.

We were not given the room shown while making our booking. Lalit the person incharge of the property was not interested and shows no effort. We had a booking and had already paid for the room but we were going to reach the property only at 11 in the night because of our travel schedule. Lalit told us he cannot guarantee us a check in at that time. This he says even though I had spoken to him at the time of making the booking (although I didn't need to). Otherwise also he didn't seem to want to work. The junior staff were very hardworking and helpfull though. The property is a little difficult to reach but it's very well done and the views are breathtaking.

Good place with great view, got this property for a worth it price. Rooms were super clean and well managed. View from property is really beautiful. Staff is supportive. Recommending this place for stay as view is good, property is well maintained and rooms are clean Cons: 1. Road for reaching here is bad 2. Food quality is okish but food quantity for price is very less. 3. Complementary breakfast they only offered aaloo puri, poha, tea or coffee.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, home-style, and satisfying. We were traveling with our child and found the place comfortable. The weather was just perfect, and the view of Bhimtal Lake from the property was simply peaceful and breathtaking.

The view from the hotel is awesome. Room is ok ok. Room service should be proactive and fast. breakfast is very good. No signboard of hotel on road. I can recommend this hotel if you are getting a good deal and you have your own vehicle.

it was nice ambience and clean but the service was slow moreover if you booked then you will not get good service so please book directly, please don't book a complimentary breakfast it was a bad experience.food quality was good.
