Absolutely 3rd Class experience. The receptionist was very rude, had no manners how to behave. We reached the hotel mid night and he was quarreling over already paid room. He charged us 300/- extra for god knows what. The room was non ac, with zero ventilation. It looked like the ac room was converted to non ac. Very suffocating and unclean The room was full of hair, looked like noone bothered to clear the room after last occupancy. Be careful before booking this hotel. Better go for raipur inn just beside this hotel. Really bad experience! Never going to visit this again.

The hotel is good with decent room and affordable price but their service when i booked hotel the TV was not running although i complained to the hotel staff but they didn't attended, i was there for 4 days and on the 2nd day one hotel staff poured pest control chemical in front of my room due to which i was even not able to breath but anybody didn't done something
