travel date:18.08.22 to 21.08.22 check-in the check-in was very smooth and didn't take more than 2-3 mins. Room we booked a terrace room and it had a shared balcony and the view from balcony was awesome. Amenities in room One small soap and one towel Staff The staff is the greatest strength of this hotel. Mr Pawan is the caretaker of this hotel and he is super awesome as he helped us in everything i.e arranging local cab tour and our inter City travel. We traveled with a small kid who requires different diet( milk, khichdi and curd etc), the hotel staff arranged for us. Because of staff our stay was more than awesome. Food There is in-house kitchen which prepares food according to your wish. We liked simple food and the same was prepared by the kitchen. All in all the stay was awesome and I am satisfied with the services provided to me. great π

Location of hotel is at walking distance to bhimtal. You can find hotel easily as it is on road. Room condition is good. Staff behavior also good, always happy to help. Parking is in open but safe. Hotel have it's own restaurant so you can order food from here. Must visit and stay here again. Hotel was good for family as location is very near to bhimtal and on road so not worry for safety. You can walk and explore bhimtal several time with family.

it was an amazing stay.. the location and property are both excellent. the staff and the way they treat customers is specially the highlight. the treatment, food and service time was above par during such rush time. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone who asks for stay in or near Nainital. facility, treatment of family group, politeness of staff and punctuality

Stay on top floor is recommended for great views and more space in front of the room. Food is good, parathas are recommended. Daal is best with Bhindi ki sabji. Staff is very helpful.
