Putting up my review post 2 days stay. 1. They need to upscale, not at all prepared for guest arrivals. Breakfast delays & even tea are to be asked for which took eternity. 2. Upkeeping of the place, really need to take care of hygiene standards. Rooms were not cleaned even once, nor they ask if we wished too. 3. They are understaffed because they are a Budget hotel. Rooms are very basic as per their prices. 4. The kitchen is really unhygienic, and the plates were dirty & soiled. 5. The swimming pool was well kept. 6. It's not a Resort but a small Hotel sort of. Honestly I won't refer this place to anyone. But if you have a pocket crunch, its a decent place.

The hotel was good, and the manager was polite and helpful – no issues with him at all. However, the staff working there are complete frauds and act dishonestly, even behind the manager’s back.Be especially cautious of a guy named Pintu – he and his group brought soda and ice from a local shop and charged us for just one pack of ice and two bottles of soda. They try to fool guests and even cheat their own manager, who was completely unaware of this scam.Avoid buying anything from them – whether it’s soda, ice, or snacks. If you need anything, just buy it directly from the beach or local vendors outside. Extremely disappointed with the way the staff operates.

My stay at this hotel in Mandarmani was an absolute disaster. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management and staff were completely unprofessional. Many of them, including the manager, seemed to be in a constant hangover and showed no interest in attending to guests. Staff shortage was a recurring issue, and the manager’s go-to response for everything was, “Give me 5 minutes” — which was never followed by any action. He would either forget or disappear completely.

It's average. The executive room which is shown in the property image at the time of booking, that was not given to me. When I entered the room, the fan's regulator was found to be broken and the fan wasn't functioning properly, the AC also wasn't cooling, and the room's phone receiver wasn't functioning. After I informed the manager, he helped to get the fan and AC fixed. The number of staff is very less.

i was supposed to check in tropicana but they sent me to a different hotel and later while i was comfortable they pushed me to come back to tropicana . good deliveries were constantly late despite placing advance orders , the towel came in the morning after requesting continuously . manager shomyajeet was helpful though but with no control on his team . room has lizards and cockroach.

Room amenities not provided. 7. No balcony view room was provided as mentioned. 8. High prices of foods. 9. bedsheet was not clean( hairy and oily ) . Need money back.

We, a group of friends, had a blast at this resort. The rooms very spacious and clean, the pool was refreshing and the beach was stunning. We spent our days swimming, sunbathing and playing beach volleyball. The evening were filled with laughter and good food. It was the perfect friends getaway.

Spacious room. very near to the sea - beach. Well- behaved staff. It is good. Swimming pool is maintained. However, room maintenance is a problem. Water leakage is there through the flash tub. The door latch is excessive tight. Apart from these maintenance issues, overall experience is good.

We had an amazing family vacation at Tropicana Beach Resort. The kids loved the pool and the beach while my wife and I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside. The food was delicious specially the seafood. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Rooms are well-furnished with AC, smart TV, wardrobe and clean bedding. Staff are very polite and well-mannered. The hotel is very near the sea beach, and can be reached easily by car. There are free wi-fi and generator facility.
