The property is well designed and the interiors look beautiful. There is a small shop located inside the hotel where one can spend time exploring/purchasing beautiful items probably unique to andaman. Restaurant service is not good enough. Too much delay in service. Tandoori roti is one the worst I've tasted in any hotel. Not just us, two more groups had also complained about same or other items. The people sitting next to us got chapati in place of tandoori roti. After they complained, they took it back. We placed order for tandoori roti and we got an extra chapati probably the same one they took it back. They all tasted bad. We had settled with dosa from a small eatery nearby for dinner after this ordeal. Complementary buffet breakfast was good and no complaints there. We have observed that tourists who booked **** packages were given stay in this hotel.

My stay in this hotel was fair and comfortable...I didn't avail any of the food facility they offered as complimentary because they have a very tight schedule...after which its not available...so didn't have my food there...in additional facilities they provided us wifi, which was only working in lobby section...Rooms were clean, but relatively smaller. location wise its a bit remote area and close to the airport which is really a positive concern for every one...overall its a budgeted hotel and good value for money...and highly recommended to each category of people...!

This is a very good budget hotel with nice ambiance and location in close proximity of airport . The staffs are well behaved ,soft spoken and well dressed . Particularly at reception Ms Dipika is very co-operative and decent girl who listens all your concerns carefully and address it . The food quality is also very good . Staffs in the restaurant are very prompt . I enjoyed alcarta in restaurant where the approach of Ms Sulata and Mr Souvik while serving foods was outstanding . The quality of Tawa fish was amazing . I give both of them 10 out of 10

The rooms are very small and the breakfast is below average..the service is pathetic and overtaxed as compared to other similar hotels.don't be fooled by their exterior appearance..interior is very bad..no flexible checkout time. we requested for half an hour late check out. which we were denied .. the washtooms do Not even have basic toiletries.. after repeated reminders we were given the grooming kit. They claim that they provide wi fi service but in real not. I suggest at this price range go for other hotel.

I found my stay quite decent...as everything was properly accommodated...they had a WiFi facility ...breakfast, which i didn't have...the rooms were clean and well maintained but i also experienced there are many other better properties in port Blair at this reasonable price....well this property is suited for everyone...but primarily for the business people its a good option...this hotel is a bit away from the main market area but nearer to airport...!

1) Average hospitality. 2) Breakfast is bad. 3) Cook not available during afternoon after 3 PM, so restaurrent is non functional most of the times during the day. 4) Room service is poor. 5) Rooms are average and lack freshness. 6) No difference in Super deluxe and deluxe category On the whole this hotel is only meant for people who are interested in B&B hotels with average hospitality.

worst hotel. no commitment. wifi and laundry not working. on reaching the hotel, the receptionist takes 1 hour to give room as they call somewhere else to confirm the booking despite rooms pre-booked . staff are not co-operative.Not recommended.

The rooms were clean and the food was decent. The staff did not information about the booking. They made us wait and wanted us to connect with the reservation team to check the booking confirmation. Check-in process was not smooth at all.

A hotel with all four star amenities, Good restaurant , good Lobby excellent terrace with banquet hall , Staff was very supportive and good. Hotel is located 10min drive from airport , very neat and clean property in all your budget.

Dirty rooms. Nothing is maintained well. Blankets are too dirty and the room is full dust. Don't book the rooms by looking at photos,it's completely different in person. Only positive thing about this property is food.

It is the most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. They serve stale food and their room stinks. Although their service was good. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone.
