Away from the crowd We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The location of the property is perfect with great views. An absolute must is their boat trip. We were out from 4pm till dark. We spotted a lot of birds and learnt a lot about the area. A local bar selling beer and spirits is a 5 minute walk away. And a 10 minute walk to a village centre with several shops who also offer delicious meals. The Tiger prawns were amazing Mini Chechy’s food is another add on Do not miss this place if you are visiting Alappuzha one of the best Homestay and host I have ever stayed

they are extra charging rs 100 for car parking. the hotel has no entry they are charged rs 100 for boat service on one side both sides total rs 200. and in booking time they did not mention the room was ac or non ac. just checking they demanded rs 600 extra for ac. we are totally disappointed and very much bargained then they gave rs 300 extra for ac. the room was not good. there were very many mosquitoes and the bathroom was not neat and clean. food was also charged at a very high cost. thank you. the hidden charges are very disappointing in my experience.

Amazing place… with backwater at the backyard… rooms are too cool… we stayed on the lake view room their food options are mainly local cuisines… so you can explore that.. they have boat rides to offer.. best time for this will be in the evening… the host is very friendly and cooperative Safety parking is available opposite side of the lake We enjoyed staying in this property the location is very beautiful and authentic village experience you can get from tulsi kayal

Peaceful environment in the lap of nature in an island It was a wonderful experience as the ambience, service , cuisine and ESPECIALLY staff all were excellent. Felt relaxed and happy during the entire stay. Nice place to have a relaxed holiday. Close to backwater away from all the hustles and bustles as the property is located at the river bank. The food is also good. Affordable .We all are really Enjoyed a lot .....

Hi. It was a very pleasant stay at Tulsi Kayal. The falcon treehouse top floor was neat and tidy. The caretaker was welcoming and kind. The food was also good. The location is just awesome. I would definitely recommend for family as well as for friends. Thank you to the entire team of Tulsi Kayal.
