Nice place. Superb Ambience. Beautiful terrace garden. Helpful hotel staff. Clean room, washroom and hall. There is a kitchen too where you yourself can cook your food if you want to, otherwise you can order the food as per the menu card. I have visited many hotels earlier but this place is really very awesome. It is a house in the form of hotel. If someone wants to stay in a beautiful, peaceful and homelike environment then this place is for you. Just go for it.

Absolutely amazing experience! The manager Mr. Gochhwal was very warm and forth coming and took care of everything thing needed. The ambience was soothing. The infrastructure was good. The staff was soft spoken and helpful. Truly made my trip memorable, I'll revisit for sure! As a solo traveller, I met some amazing people. Wandered in the alleys of Delhi and loved my heart out. Explored the quintessential must-visits of Delhi, ate some delectable food!

If you need a budget friendly place around yusuf sarai / green park area its a nice place for a nights stay, The caretaker of the apartment wasn't aware of my arrival, that felt a bit unwelcoming. Also no water bottles or even a jug of water was placed inside the room so had to visit there kitchen which is not an issue as its a serviced apartment but the kitchen was very untidy. Location 5* Aminities 3* Cleanliness 1* Budget 3*.

This is basically a homestay flat.You have access to kitchen and common area. Property is in a very good and clean area.Green park Metro station is very near and Hauz khas village is also not very far. Rooms are spacious and clean.Internet connectivity is very good.Staff is very polite and cordial as well.Will recommend this place. Connectivity, area and internet.

Excellent... ! Experience was very good, room service with Hygiene and Clean neatly and very spacious. Care taker Raghavji, also good ever as I have previous experience,Very good n Caring as well as very good Home Kitchen Service. I love My menu very much. Location also near to Metro station. I suggests everyone visit once and feel happy.
