Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth It Anymore I had previously stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience, which is why I chose to book it again. Unfortunately, this time was a complete letdown. The hotel seems overbooked with corporate guests, and there were loud, out-of-control parties happening constantly. For all three days of my stay, the pool area and terrace were unusable—completely littered with garbage. Even getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. Loud after-parties continued well into the night, and shockingly, they were being organized by the hotel staff themselves—right above our bedroom. It felt like they didn’t want guests to rest at all. On top of that: • The bathtub was broken • AC was leaking water • No remote for the AC (couldn’t even turn it off) • No bath bubbles or toiletries provided • No housekeeping for 3 nights and 4 days • Staff kept saying they were “too busy with private bookings” How is that acceptable? I’m a paying guest too—definitely not staying here for free. And the worst part: creepy noises in the corridor at night, and in the washroom ceiling, you could literally hear cats and rats running inside the roof. Completely disgusting and unhygienic. This stay was nothing like before. The service was careless, the staff were dismissive, and the entire experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Terrible experience stay away from this hotel else u will regret big time like me, from services to food to staff to hotel rooms , everything is just terrible, just stayed yesterday here n writing this review as I am so frustrated n angry both, better options available in goa in 1/3 of price they are charging, just to conclude don't waste your hard earn money & holidays both to go there!

Most PATHETIC!! Gave complimentary beer then said it was a confusion & took back even the drinking mugs from guest hands. Ordered food & cancelled after 1 hour without consent. Room will not be provided even 1 min before 2PM. Junior staff has a very bad attitude & forcefully opens up GPay to pay instantly even for room orders (instead of billing at checkout) BIG RED FLAG! PLS AVOID

Excellent stay awsome rooms near to vagator and anjuna beaches 10/10 food 10/10 stay 10/10 service Recommending to stay here and prefer the suit room
