Very poor service of this property they charged a high amount against the room which is totally acceptable also they are cheating with me they take my phone & giving the 5 star rating without my permission when I see this later i message him then they saying on voice sorry sir the food quality of property is very bad room is also not clean I have booked this property with breakfast & dinner but they provide only limited options if you want to eat something else you have to pay directly at hotel totally worst service never stay again here & also never suggest to stay anyone ....

Viceroy lansdowne owner Nikhil & front reception staff Sandeep das both are cheated with me first of all the services is is very prompt they can't help anybody also I have package of with breakfast & dinner they can't provide the actual after that the nikhil take my fone for one message he done 5star rating without my permission really very bullshit staff & service also room is also very dirty
