Great location in Jaisalmer Fort area. The rooftop of the hotel was like a place of relaxation. The view of Jaisalmer, desert, surrounding was amazing. One of my friend was sick and the hotel staff looked after her well while we were out. Upon my call, they brought her fruits and looked after her needs. Freshly made, homely food was a delight and eating dinner under the stars on lovely rooftop was a great experience. The only drawback is if you are in one of standard rooms, toilet and bathrooms are a little small, but overall location, place and experience overrules that small challenge. I would surely come back to Hotel Victoria again.

Wow...amazing...mesmerizing...I have no words to describe it...just step in hotel I feel the pure Rajasthani vibes...glimpse of Rajasthani culture...well maintained, clean and hygiene wise excellent room as well as hotel with all the required facilities...plus point for the hotel is its location in Jaisalmer fort and you can enjoy the best sunset with sip of tea from terrace...nice meet and talk with hotel owner Mr.Pankaj ...thanks for making the day beutiful..definitely go for it without any hesitation when you travel Jaisalmer...

This hotel is hands down the best hotel in Jaisalmer. The location is brilliant, it's inside the fort, the place is distinctly a blend of Rajasthani culture and European standard facilities, the Wi-Fi is excellent, the breakfast is delicious (which you can have on the rooftop while you soak in the sight of the city below) and the management is genuinely friendly and not the corporate type of forced smiles that you'd see in other hotels. If you're looking to stay in Jaisalmer, this is the place to be. Look no further!

The best part is the staff of the hotel. They make u so comfortable and make you feel very special.. The property is extremely original in its ethnicity and very modern in amenities. The room had a wonderful view through the small chatri varandah . The roof top dining place had the most breathtaking panoramic view of Jaisalmer city being the highest points of the fort . It's a hotel I recommend to all .. Will surely start in the same hotel when I visit Jaisalmer .again. Cheers

Definitely the Best hotel at Jaisalmer. Staying for a night at Victoria has made our Jaisalmer trip a special one. Brilliant location, the hotel is inside the fort and you can have view of the Golden City from the room and also the Roof top where you can spend hours. Breakfast was great. The Manager of the hotel was so humble and staffs are also very nice. The overall ambience is Royal and homely as well. We will definitely visit Jaisalmer again and will Stay at Hotel Victoria.

An amazing and homely place located inside Jaisalmer fort. The rooms gave us a rustic and vintage feel and the terrace sit out was just what one needs for a vacation. Talking about Pankaj Ji, who owns the property is a wonderful host and makes ends meet to serve the best to his customers. Navin, Viraj and other staff from hotel Victoria are also worth all praises. The food they served was delicious too. Cost wise it is a little on high side but totally worth the money spent.

It was an awesome experience. The reception guy provided one of their deluxe rooms. We had a lot of fun on the terrace where the complete city view was seen. The rooms were neat and tidy. I would love to travel again to Victoria and this is a must to stay place whenever one visits Jaisalmer. PS: The hotel is inside the fort. The path to this hotel was superb. We encountered many great and helpful people during the way.

Nice and cozy property (Dont expect a very big property) , very well maintained. U might want to book in advance and avoid the smaller rooms as they tend to get too small! The food is good specially the pan cakes which is a must try. Location is awsome right in the fort and the view of the city is also good. The staff is also very frndly. I enjoyed my stay eith my wife and 3 year old son.

nice location on Jaisalmer fort. staffs were very polite and helpful. nice view from rooftop. no need to go anywhere else for sunset view. good place to stay provided one is not averse to climbing the fort and walking - though you have auto rickshaw to go up to the fort parking, from there one needs to walk about 300 mts. the pic is of their deluxe room which was spacious

What makes Hotel Victoria best is it's helpful and gentle staff. They do not expect any tips in return of their hospitality. Helped us out a lot in our requests like late checkout, arrangements for rooftop drinks, any issues with the room etc. Rooftop is also awesome and worth spending an evening.

Best thing is this hotel is inside the Fort. so you get real feeling of staying in heritage property. Staff behavior is very good. Food is prepared fresh on order. I got the chance to meet the owner Mr. Pankaj Purohit, he is also caring and of nice nature. I loved the stay with my wife and kid.

my hotel was superb..the hotel location inside the a fort and you need to wall around 15min frm the gate. but overall nice hotel. room was excellent,food little costly but its ok.
