Stayed here for 3 days. Maintance of room and the location are 5/5. But then comes the room service and administration, very poor experience. The room service is highly inefficient and takes hours to even deliver water. Took them over an hour to bring my breakfast and when they eventually served the breakfast, they forgot half of my order and so I had to wait again for half an hour, plus every thing was cold and tasteless Front desk was rude and ineffective, I called them up to compain about delay in delivering water bottles in my room and faulty wifi situation , they acted rudely and hung up on me. Later turns out the room service guy had mistakenly delivered the water in next room and the wifi was not working for the whole property. 3 stars I gave are just for the beautiful property, clean rooms and prime location

Ultimate Hotel, nice location, Clean Hotel, Humble and cooperative staff and Manager, Delicious food, parking facility. Special thanks to Mr. Vikrant (Manager) who understands the customer requirements and provides the proper solution like I have requested for without onion Garlic Food, they provided the same without any questions. I will recommend the same to my colleague as well in the future. Comfort stay in the hotel along with the delicious food, very humble staff, experienced management, value for money

Hotel property is good but very poor hotel management No room service , rooms not maintained as per description. restorent service not up to the mark very slow not serving properly over all not a good hotel to stay. not value for money. bad experience .

The best place to stay in Gomti Nagar under budget, plus you'll get great taste in the cuisines, they have both options veg and non veg. The staffs was very helpful with their kind behaviour. You can surely go for "Vieanna inn".

though we arrived hotel around 4pm in evening yet No Room was available to shift , they made us wait for not less than 25-30 minutes, neither they were sorry at all about it. did NOT even compensate for it.
