This property is very cool and liked very much. As the name suggests it's a Home Stay means it's a Home not a hotel so it's advantageous to feel like in a some body's home with like a family member. Rooms are quite good enough and spacious, very calm and quite, property owner is very nice and gentleman to interact with, he is always there to help you, food is arranged on demand but with proper intimation, so take the experience of home instead of hotel on your journey It's the best choice, suitable to solo, bachelor's, family or a group, they have all arrangement's, It's very close to Balliwala Chowk and Urja Bhagwan at approx 1 KM, and found a great deal on Goibibo just Grabbed it !!

It's a house . An home stay . First i booked dormntory which is horrible and badly maintained . I felt it was very unsafe because anyone can enter at anytime and no one will notice. For the next day, i booked a proper room which is really good and worth for the money . The owner was really a nice guy . Helped a lot with route and bus stuffs . Really friendly guy . It's easily accessable to bus stand and railway station . i will advise not to prefer the dormintory since it is horrible maintained and really unsafe .

The was basically a garage which was modified into home stay. My experience was not at all good, the owner was very rude & was not at all helpful. Even there were no basic arrangements for the stay in the hotel like there was no soap in the washroom & it wasn't clean as well. The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it's location was very convenient as it was only 2-3 kms away from railway station.
