Im not sure, neither its home stay nor hotel. felt like school hostel stay. lots of conditions for family stay ppl. but, one thing I must mention here, alcoholic drinkers can enjoy n have fun a lot here. family stay ppl hv to adjust n leave free space to drinkers and do dance in first floor n even thier party not allowed to sleep family ppl in ground floor.very much important n interesting part is that none from hotel/stay person stay on property at night, to help with liquor drinkers. I feel, it's a unnamed night bar. not sure other subsidiary supplies also available to liquor drinkers here free internet was available, no proper car parking, no wash basin in room, small toilet without hand wash basin. useless n worthless stay to family ppl. most importantly, lots of mousqitos, day n night. we full family vanished them in night with mousqito electric bat, but not able find the source of its, again tons of mousqitos get entered into room n having their breakfast, lunch n dinner, n snacks too from our blood...

night mare all reviews in Google is probably review made by friends and family no, a basic need for human is water even after requesting they asked me to order from swiggy as it is raining no attached bathroom on urgency u have to go to terrace it will be very difficult to diabetic patients, have travelled all over India this will be a greatest night mare for me, and it's over priced strongly not recommended for family

Its a villa house in a slum like area with a 10ft mud road in front. So u can't park the cark. Locality is totally unsafe. Unfriendly and arrogant property manager/owner The property manager stays somewhere away from this place. So he locks the building from outside obce we check in and no room service or helper.
