undoubtedly the best hotel in this area at the price given on goibibo. I stayed here for 4 days and recommended to a my group members. excellent service, check in at lightening speed. I reached 2am mid night at got a surprise that hotel staff was awake with smiling face. very rare it happens at any hotel at midnight. it took only 4 min to reach my room. highly maintained, hygienic, ultra clean and wonderful staff......no negative about this pace.

hotel receptionalist robin behaviour was so bad need to replace these types of employees, non working switch board in rooms , kept diet coke in rooms before check in some guests think this is complementry but this is all chargeable , robin argue with some other guest also infront of me regarding diet coke in room such a poor hospitality i ever seen. we given our bed sheet and duo cover for laundry services by our own cost, such a poor hospitality

Room was great, everything was clean and it had all the facilities. But it wasn't sound proofed well, I could hear the sounds from room next to me closing the door of wardrobe. Also everyone was really nice and helpful. Just one thing, the guy at the reception gave me a compliment and he would keep grinning any time I would see him that made me feel really uncomfortable and I was creeped out.

it's the safest hotel for a woman traveler...the manager the watchman the staffs everyone is super friendly and well behaved.; they can however pay more attention towards cleanliness of rooms. nice experience overall...I felt like I am with my family . very nice behaviour.

i didn't have many pictures all i have is this and the hotel was awesome and comfortable too the mattress was very comfy and clean the staff behaviour was also good clean washrooms were also provided it was a nice experience

excellent stay with spacious rooms, clean washrooms, and good internet. sandesh and robin provided outstanding service. only suggestion: improve the restaurant menu and food availability.
