over rated and lazy staff. They just listen or pretend to listen to the customer and ignore.. the indoor food I received was not covered as it came from the kitchen to the room. They also make fake promises. The person who served my room told me that we will get breakfast at 8AM as I had to go for some business meeting at another place, but I never received it.

The room was untidy.No linen provided the common balcony gate lock was broken unhygienic balcony walls were damaged no ac and tv working even they didn't provide bucket and mug in the washroom.The bedsheet was tore.Very unhygienic room and no linen was provided common balcony gate was broken which is very unsafe and disturb the privacy

just a room they provided no toiletries, no towels , lift was not working most of the time ( to reduce electricity bill ) and it was difficult to reach 4th floor and in name of complimentary breakfast just macroni and in the morning time lot of disturbance due to some maintenance work

The reception is very rude . We booked the bath tub with our room so i told him that thing he told me have dont have any room free right now talk to Goibibo, the washrooms are dirty , tv is not working , the hotel make my day worst Safety is bad , staff is rude and impolite

Very good atmosphere surroundings hotel very neat and clean room nice and co-operative staff very good and tasty food served by this hotel nice experience to staying here overall a nice staying experience here. Value for Money.

no thnks service toh kuch nhi diye bss ek room usme bhi bathroom m n handwash n bucket boldene pr bhi nhi diye aur cold drink li toh woh bhi grm bhijwa diye main jo rha room bhi saaf nhi tha smoking smell 😷

Washroom gate was broken water supply is not proper in washroom toilet paper, towel, soap, not available in the room lift is not clean, ÁC remote not working and ÁC working very slow.

Hotel is not good for family, it looks like very old property with seepage wall everywhere and lot of cleaning issue everywhere, even hotel not provided breakfast too

Horrible, No Room service. filthy food and Bedding. Spoons were infested with fungus. Please zoom photos of spoon and see. I think my money should be refunded.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. it was really dirty. there were insects in the washroom. bedsheets were in terrible condition.

At this price level, it was a nice stay. Cleaned room & washroom. Breakfast was also good.

no laundry, no hand wash in room. even staff is too rude in sector 38 wedlock hotel
