Total stay was fine.Towels(both) given was not so clean as it was having old dirt stains and all.Electricity used to go off often and there is a delay in backup supply of generator for electricity.Complimentary Drinking Water if needed have to be asked in particular else they won't give.TV was not functioning even after changing the room too.No lifts as stairs are the only option for both floors.Total stay at Hotel West Inn was fine.Points noted are:

It was a horrible experience. I will never book this property again. The owner was very rude in talking and moreover the staff is not well trained to deal with customers. They know nothing about hospitality.

Length of the bed is small . Person will hight above 5.8 can't sleep properly. Lift not available. So don't come with heavy luggage . Electric kettle not available. Rest is ok

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
