HOTEL WESTERN PREMIUM

My stay in this hotel room left me concerned. While the room was relatively clean and the bed comfortable, there were some notable issues that troubled me. Firstly, the absence of a mini bar was disappointing, and it made me question the value for the price. Even more concerning was the rusty tea kettle in the room, which raised doubts about the overall maintenance and hygiene. To top it off, there was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover, which left me questioning the cleanliness standards of the hotel. The friendly staff and convenient location didn't fully compensate for these concerns, making it hard for me to rate this stay above average.Our stay in this hotel room was quite average, especially as a couple. While the room was reasonably clean and the bed comfortable, there were several notable drawbacks that affected our experience. Firstly, the absence of a mini bar was disappointing, as we hoped for some in-room refreshments. Additionally, the tea kettle's rusting from the inside was a concerning hygiene issue. To make matters worse, there was an stain on the duvet cover, which didn't give us much confidence in the room's cleanliness.Given that we were staying as a couple, we were hoping for a more comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff and convenient location helped, but the room's condition and lack of amenities made it difficult for us to rate this stay any higher than average.

Have been a good stay - clean and spacious room, huge work desk.Food was average and I saw the serving tray was very dirty which alarmed me to not consider more food ordering. Even price of food was relatively high.Toilet door had no way of locking - this was very disappointing, shampoo, toothpaste was not available.When I tried casting my phone to TV, all 6 options said RedmiTV. Obviously all guests would be facing this. Also, while I was watching a movie - someone highjacked my TV's casting and I had to rework to connect my device. At times someone was pausing & playing my TVIt was good, I will consider to stay again at this hotel. The issues I noticed were not deal breaker.

only good part is that food is ok,staff is good, rest not good rooms with fridge don't have it , washroom so tiny and no door lock, rooms smells not fresh, ac not cooling properly and they will stop it on one hour before chekout so you leave early.NOT RECOMMEND .

Ac is not working properly In washroom used cigarette are there due to improper cleaning The best part is that location is suitable for me
