One of the best decent hotel in Pondicherry. We booked the room in last min and didn't have any expectations about the room but the room is too good , neat and clean. Room service was excellent very courteous and helpful. The rooms were well cleaned. The area in which is hotel is located is on the majn road, so we can walkout and buy things.very close to beach and shopping roads. They have A huge car parking which was available at 100m from the hotel entrance. They helped us parking and guiding us. Definitely one best budget hotel in Pondicherry.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future mind relax

The Waiting Area of the Hotel gives you a Bad First Impression as there is no place to sit and wait while your room is getting ready... But the Family Suite that was booked was top Notch... Excellent Room Service and Great Food... The receptionist might be the Owners who don't care much about Customer Service and don't even have a smile on their Faces..... but the rest of the Staff are very Friendly..... Waiting Area and Blunt Expression and Reply you get from the Front office People....

The hotel is located on a busy street, so reaching there is quite easy. the rooms are well maintained and have a good restaurant below as well. We had a good experience here. There is Wi fi and there's no issue with connectivity. the room service is a little laid back but still did the job. The Restaurant on ground floor has a separate Juice bar which has the vibe as locals come there to chat and have a drink. it was fun

It's a very good experience while staying in this property. Rooms are luxurious and very clean. Location of the hotel is also very good. It's in proper city area and rock beach is 1.5KM away. I like the hospitality of every stuff there and the room service is excellent. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and food quality also very good. It's 100 out of 10 star hotel in this price as per my opinion.

We stayed with kid. We had an awesome stay. They have 24 hr hot water facility.nearest to all beaches and shopping area, pondy museum, pondy marina and rock beach. Food was awesome. Morning breakfast buffet also good.. Those whobhave kids can prefer this hotel.. I give 5 star.. Akways wish to stay here when we travel pondy

Hot water was available. AC was working as expected. The room was good and the receptionist & staff were courteous. They have a restaurant that serves good quality food. Parking space is separate from the hotel situated nearby that can easily accommodate 10+ cars. Ease of checking in Restaurant Room service

I had a very good experience. Behaviour of the staff is very excellent. Food was very tasty and value for money. small suggestion is atleast monthly once they should plan for deep cleaning of the rooms which makes them to reach next level.
