The resort is actually in Boring which is quite some distance from Ravangla.It is in a very isolated place and hence it is better to reach when daylight is still there. The rooms have no TV or Wifi and mobile connection is patchy. There are leeches n this place and one gets bitten by them if not very careful. The food options are limited. The staff is friendly. The place has good views of snow clad mountain peaks like Mount Narsing on a sunny day. If you land up on a day in which there are showers it can be quite boring specially with no TV and Wi-Fi.

First of all we had a very bad experience in reaching the hotel. As the driver clearly mentioned the hotel is not in Ravangla and is almost 16 km away.The exact location is Borong. So it is somwwhat misleading . 2nd the staff members behavior is very rude and the service is not upto the mark. From towel to soap we have to ask for everything to provide. Ambience of the hotel is nice with bonfire and barbeque.From the balcony one can view the snow capped mountain if weather is favourible.

very good location to view Kanchanjangha pick. It is heavenly atmosphere specially who want to watch beautiful himalayan birds. I have seen 21 types of birds. The manager Mr. Dhanu and his team also very cordial. ,Food quality and test also good. I will go Wild flower retreat, Borong again and again. Specially thanks to Mr. Dhanu the manager, wild flower retreat.

not at all satisfacory experience in staying. My boss Additional District Magistrate went over there. no proper service. very dirty toilet. no mug in the bathroom. food quality was not up to the mark. But the Chief Manager Mr Jack Fernandez is very amicable person. He tried to give his level best service.

The hotel was beautiful, I just loved it's interior. The environment & the ambiance of this hotel was beyond amazing. Everything was upto the mark apart from the fact which I would like to suggest them that they should increase the verity of the food items & food quality could also be a bit better.

Never been to such exotic place before. If you love nature and want to relax listening to chirping of birds and immerse yourself in beautiful view of Himalaya mountains, this is the place. Courteous staff. A nice hand made paper factory in resort is also must see. Will love to come again.

We, a group of 6, stayed here during our Rabongla tour. This place is really nice at the lap of the nature. Infrastructure, service, maintenance is good. Recommended! I liked the rooms in the main block more than the cottages though its cheaper.

Hotel location is not Ravangla, it’s in Borong . 16 km from Ravangla. But hotel is very nice . Kanchanjanga view from hotel will sure surprise you . Bird lovers must go .
