room was too cold and damp, not adviceable for snow season as walls were freezing, tiles on floor also cold as ice, bed was designed on granite so bed also cold , even blankets were cold ,took heater with 5 kg cylinder for 1000 extra cylinder 500, but of no use, too much space in door cold air was blowing, route from main road not good & scary as shamshaan was on route over all it was cold hell during snow wasted time and money & now down with cold and fever service and staff are good, neatness good only good part is its just beside river

By the visuals of it, off course the property looks great and was as shown in the pictures.But wouldn't say the same for hospitality or amenities available. In 5 deg Celcius, no in-room heaters available and were given only at a added cost. Room size is relatively small and bare minimum space to move around. Breakfast was ok, not bad but nothing great either.Have stayed in much better properties at same cost.

The property is situated besides the river and has a great view to chill out in the evening. I would recommend this place for hosts and the hospitality more than the location itself. Dharpan was our host and I must say - he did a great job. The rooms were clean. You get hot water. There are apple trees in the property. The food was also great. One of the most comfortable stay I've stayed in.

The best place to stay. If you're looking for a hotel with river-side view and comfortable stay, then Winterfell is your go-to place. You won't regret the experience as the staff is also very warm and welcoming and take care of your likes as per your needs. We loved our 2 day experience and would definitely recommend to try this out!

It was unique experience. The ambiance was just fantastic & we really enjoyed our stay over here. Though it took us a bit of time to find this place but they guided us really well so it was fine too. The food was delicious too, buffet was fine but the dinner we had was mouthwatering. We had an amazing experience staying there.

It was one of the awesome hotel i have stayed. Everything was just perfect. Awesome, Clean and spacious rooms. Ambiance of the hotel was best and Location is awesome. If you have desire to stay at river side this is the place for you. Also food was delicious. 10/10 For everything to Winterfell staff.

Poor service, no electricity , over priced as per service. Any1 can get much much better service in another property on the price of ... per night.People who are staying there are doing party on open area till 2:30 am. Loud music and all non sense talk. Hotel staff didnot want to stop the party .

The property is inside from the main road, approach is a little difficult but the property is very nice. The room and the washroom was neat and tidy and the staff's conduct was cordial. Food service is also available in the property. I was happy with my stay.

Love the stay ♥️🥂 They have a great staff! But yes there were mosquitoes spiders in some of the rooms but that was cuz of the location I guess so I request them to keep a check on that regularly, would love to visit Winterfell again ✌🏻

It was a good experience. Location wise it was ok, but little bit far from the main road. Garden area was available there and it was nice. Staff was extremely good. So 5/5 for the stay.
