Xclusive Hotel Apartments

Location: very Good. Service: Excellent. Anil, Ravi and Roy at reception to mention in particular. Apartment however needs to refurnish cooking range and utensils. They are considerbaly old and needs to be replaced. There is minor problem of cockroaches as well , though guys were prompt to come to spray and clean but seems regular pest control is required. Beacsue of cold weather couldnt use pool on roof top. Breakfast is continental only which is reasonbly sufficient. A 24by7 supermart right opposite the apartment is big plus. Some minor improvements and they can be really excellent

One of the most terrible stay experience in Dubai..... Pl beware, it's cold in room served breakfast, for which guests r charged 30DHM, where's same stuff u buy from family store, bang opposite to apartment hotel at less than half price. 2. Very unhygienic room, we found 2-3 small cockroaches everyday. 3. Air conditioner didn't work at all. It was just a blower from the vents 4. Pathetic room service, very slow and uncooperative 5.. It took them 48hrs to attain my complain. For me it's a simple NO for this property, One of the most terrible stay experience in Dubai.

we stayed in 2 bhk... rooms were clean and spacious...interiors were good... kitchen had all required amenities including washing machine... it's located between ADCB and BURJUMAN METRO STATION which is 10-15 minutes walk from hotel.. location is v peaceful.. concern department should check that all amenities are working properly before customers check in.. we were not getting hot water in room as main switch wasn't turn on ... room service was through reception and twice they took more than hour...

Good service apartments located in the heart of the city. All basic necessity are pretty nearby and also close to all major sight seeing points. The rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities including TV, Microwave, Washing Machine, kitchenette and crockery. A real value for money.
