The room was exactly as it shown in the portal but there was some bad smell in the room which got resolved after applying the room freshener by the hotel staff. The telephone of the room was dead which is not expected. That day the restaurant was closed that is why we had to struggle to find a good place to have lunch in the summer day. Because of being manual lift, sometime the lift was not working as it remained opened in other floors. The hotel authority must look into these things. Talking about the parking facility, it is not secured. If anyone is planning to visit the place with their own car, kindly think twice.
