Our stay at this hotel was rather short but we loved everything from the prompt check-in to the quick dining facilities. Staff was courteous and friendly and accommodated my friend's request to find the best sweets in Jaisalmer by sending an employee with us to the local market on our request. This was also the only place in our Rajasthan trip that kept a clean pool that we could both enjoy so we were pleasantly surprised by that! Will definitely recommend to our friends and family coming here in the future

I was there for short holiday period as I wanted to explore more in short time it was a good chance for me to see a place like Jaisalmer. Hotel Jaisalgarh was one of amazing part of that trip. Amazed to see swimming pools in Jaisalmer with so cleanliness and I was happy to get a chance to swim there after years. Hotel has spacious rooms and breakfast was very tasty. Thanks to staff helping me in many ways.

We stayed at Hotel Jaisalgarh on 3rd Feb, I was actually in a hurry so I booked with best possible know hotel in Jaisalmer. Hotel has a class with good looks. Guys (staff) at hotel are always helpful to me and did their best during my stay. All together it was a good stay in which I must appreciate Hotel and Goibibo for the deal ;-)

Shall call it satisfactory, I stayed in hotel Jaisalgarh in month of May,16 and hotel was fully functioning despite of off season in Jaisalmer. Some South Indian were staying in Hotel and interesting to see different vehicles being tested for summer heat good experience overall.

I stayed here on 22nd March with my friend, Very well maintained property in a difficult location. Swimming pool was our best experience. Staff was very cautious and service oriented. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. Clean exterior and interior palace like building.

Wow, wow- simply wow. Food and rooms were top notch. Clearly brand-new, I learned from the staff that they've been around for over 17 years but this year the property went through complete renovations. It was visible how new eveerything was! Would highly recommend

Hotel was out of city though with my car it was not a problem. Restaurant staff was welcoming and their great care to serve us per our strict diet needs. Abhishek at front office even at 1 am in night served us properly. Good Satisfaction achieved.

At the end moment goibibo people cancelled the booking in the hotel which i booked a month ago and we booked 7 rooms. Goibibo offered me 1 option that is Hotel Jaisalgarh. The quality of hotel was poor. Far from city centre. Not worth.

The Hotel is little far from city but looks very beautiful and they have plenty of space for free car parking and feels very secure in there. Services are good like a decent hotel should be.

The hotel is no more than a dharamshala. It should not be more than ..rupees per night of which they charge thousands. Worst experience I had. I would never recommend it.

Rooms were clean but walls were losing there paint. A bit far from the city so one needs to get his conveyance for to and fro. Staff was courteous and helpfull.
