overall 6/10 1. location = 7/10 (in market area, bus available at a distance of 600-700 m from hotel) cab available 30-35 min from howrah station & 20min from Esplanade/dharmatala. but area is quite conjusted, no seenic view from hotel. 2. condition=4/10 rooms are too small, no proper window view, but clean room 3. bathroom= 8/10 clean, good 4. amenities= 7/10 AC good condition, fans okey but quite noisy, lights okey, TV okey, Shop and shampoo available, bedsheet clean, but blanket is quite smells bad( though caretaker admire that due to full Rainey season they are not getting proper time to dry it in sunlight), cold package water at 30 rs /2 lit bottle 5. food= 7/10 they don't have own fooding, but the caretaker arrange good food in reasonable price if you order him. All type of online food delivery available. huge no of restaurants available with in 500m from hotel also. 6. behaviour: 9/10 no doubt good behaviour, easy check-in check-out, caretaker tried his level best to serve every customer. ** if 2/3 persons are staying for 1/2 days in reasonable price and can adjust in small room then all other things is good. actually as per my experience AC room should be @600-700 but don't take a non AC room,

the rooms are well furnished...24 hour.fully functional AC...free wifi.....and great location 400 metres only from park Street....the staff is very helpful...they are available every minute for the any assistance...Hasle free check in and check out are the stand out features of this guest house..

The rooms are being maintained in excellent cleanliness. The television and air conditioning are functioning properly, and we are feeling comfortable here. I highly recommend that you consider staying at ZQ Guest House when you visit Kolkata.
