I already have my flights booked. How do I change or cancel my bookings?
We are working closely with our partners to extend complete support and comfort to our travellers for all domestic and international bookings.
We are working in tandem with our airline partners to offer an option to change their travel dates with no-fee charge.
In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, certain airlines have confirmed their policy for date change without penalty (only the fare difference will apply). These policies might be applicable for travel on specified routes and within specified periods.

Important: Dear customer, the airlines may change their rules without notice and at their discretion. Though we are updating the same here, given the ever-evolving situation, we request you to please check the policies with the airline too, before making any changes to your travel plans.
For all bookings done between 17th April’21 to 31st May’21 and travel date between 17th April’21 to 30th June’21, you can now change your flight to any new travel date free of cost till up to 2 hours from date/time of departure. Offer not applicable on group bookings. Unlimited change is applicable if new travel date is till 30thJune. One time free change is allowed if new travel date is beyond 15th May’21.

I already have my hotels booked. How do I change or cancel my bookings? What are my options for refund?
We are giving full-refund if your booking falls in the free cancellation time period. To check if your booking falls in the free cancellation time period, please click here and claim your refund. In case your booking has crossed the free cancellation window, please contact our customer service team on: 0124-6280407, 0124-4404207 or 022-62455107. If your hotel check-in is not within the next 7 days, we request you to please hold off calling customer service, so we can help those travelling immediately. That said, we want to assure you that all waiver benefits offered by our hotel suppliers are being seamlessly rolled-out to our customers.
