How do I become a goTribe Star or SuperStar member?

Your goTribe Star or SuperStar membership is based on the total amount spent by you on Goibibo, within 365 days, starting from 15th September 2020. A spend of ₹25K or more, but less than ₹1.25L, will make you a goTribe Star member. Whereas, a spend of ₹1.25L would make you goTribe SuperStar member

When will my membership end?

You become a goTribe Star member for 365 days from the day you cross the ₹25K spending mark. Similarly, you become a goTribe SuperStar member for 365 days from the day you cross the ₹1.25L spending mark. The membership in both the cases stays with you for the next 365 days.

What is goCash?

What happens to my goCash & spendings if I partially cancel the booking?

In case of partial cancellations, the net spends will be calculated after deducting the cancelled amount of the booking. On partial cancellation of a booking, cashback will be reversed from the goCash balance. In case, goCash cashback amount exceeds the wallet balance, it would be subtracted from the refund amount.

For example: User booked a return Flight between Delhi and Mumbai. The customer flew to Mumbai but cancelled his flight back to Delhi. In such a case, the entire goCash amount will be reversed while initiating the refund to that user.
