A credit shell is a credit note that can be used for a future booking, for the same passenger(s).
2.Can the passenger name or number of passengers change?
Booking via credit shell is allowed only if the number of passengers and the name is the same.
3.What are the inclusions not covered in a credit shell?
The credit shell does not cover meals, baggage, insurance, cab bookings, seats, and charity.
4.Can I claim a refund against the credit shell amount issued to me?
Claiming a refund against your credit shell amount is not possible, You may use it to book your future travel.
5.Can credit shell amount be used partially?
If the booking amount for the new ticket is lower than the credit shell balance, it can be carried over and another booking can also be made.
Terms and conditions of a credit shell:
- Credit shell amount is only valid on the actual amount of the flight ticket.
- Credit shell is applicable for one-way and round trip bookings with the same airline only. It is not applicable for different airline bookings or for multi-airline bookings.
- To use your credit shell amount, you must log in on our website/app, and use the same credentials that were used to make the original booking
- Airlines that are offering credit shell are IndiGo and SpiceJet, with the following validity:
