DEFINITIONS:

For the purposes of these Terms, the expressions used herein-under shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them:

• “Company” or “Goibibo” shall mean Ibibo Group Private Limited.
• “Community/Network” shall mean friends, family, acquaintances of the the User.
• “Hotel” shall mean any domestic or international hotel accommodation, villa, homestay, hostel, apartment, resort, cottage, guest house, holiday home, BnB, camp, houseboat, lodge, palace, tree house etc.
• “Goibibo Mobile Application” shall mean Android - 14.1 or iOS - 11.1 or above versions of mobile application installed on the internet compatible mobile device of the user.
• “Referral Reward(s)” shall mean goCash, made available in the wallet attached to the user account on the Goibibo Mobile Application as determined by the Company from time to time.
• “Recommended Hotel” shall mean the Hotel which was booked by the User and a stay was completed thereafter. For the Purpose of this Referral Program Hotels in which the User completed a stay on or after 1st September, 2020 is only eligible for recommendation.
• “Referral link” shall mean unique link generated by the Referrer and received by the Referred Customer.
• “Referred Customer” are those who: (i) have installed the Goibibo Mobile Application; (ii) have registered and verified their mobile number on the GoIbibo Mobile Application before and during the Referral Program Period; and (iii) received the Referral Link for the Recommended Hotels from the Users during the Referral Program Period.
• “User” are those who: (i) have installed the Goibibo Mobile Application; (ii) have registered and verified their mobile number on the GoIbibo Mobile Application before and during the Referral Program Period; and (iii) provide the Referral Link for the Recommended Hotels to the Referred Customers during the Referral Program Period.

1. INTRODUCTION

• By participating in the Goibibo Recommend and Earn Program (the “Referral Program”), either as a User or a Referred Customer, you are accepting these terms and conditions (the "Terms") and agreeing to the Company contacting you about the Referral Program via email and app notifications.
• You must be aged 18 or over to participate in the Referral Program.
• You must be a resident of India in order to participate in the Referral Program, and must have logged in the Mobile application and should have verified your mobile number using one time password.

2. BINDING AGREEMENT

You agree that your participation in the Referral Program constitutes your understanding of and agreement to these Terms. These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and Goibibo with respect to the Referral Program. Goibibo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who does not meet the Referral Program requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the Referral Program or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. Goibibo also reserves the right to discontinue or change this Referral Program at any time, at its sole discretion. Your participation in the Referral Program is subject to User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the website.

3. REFERRAL PROGRAM PERIOD

• The Referral Program will be valid from 15th October, 2021 till the time it has not been revoked by Goibibo.
• Goibibo reserves the right to end the Referral Program at any time at its sole discretion without having any liability towards any User or Referred Customer.

4. REFERRAL PROGRAM

• User shall only use the Goibibo Mobile Application to share a Referral Link of the Recommended Hotel with its Community using different social media and instant messaging applications such as whatsapp, facebook, Instagram, email, SMS, etc. in order to earn the Referral Rewards.
• The Referral Link will be automatically visible below the respective Hotel in My Trips section on the Goibibo Mobile Application once the User has booked and completed the stay at the Hotel. The Hotels for which the User has used the option of Paying at Hotel will not be eligible for earning Rewards under this Referral Program.
• The Referred Customer must click on the Referral Link shared by the User and shall complete a Qualifying Stay (defined below in Section [5]) at the Recommended Hotel or any other Hotel for completing the Referral Program and Rewards mapping in the Goibibo Mobile Application of the User.
• Once the Referred Customer completes a Qualifying Stay, the Referral Rewards will be automatically credited in the form of goCash in the wallet tagged to the account on Goibibo Mobile Application installed in Users mobile device.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws. The referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia). Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your Referral Link. Users are prohibited from paying to advertise their Referral Links.

5. QUALIFYING STAY

For the purpose of these Terms a booking made by the Referred Customer will be eligible in order to the User earning the Referral Rewards under this Referral Program only if:

• the Referred customer book the Recommended Hotel or any other Hotel only using the Goibibo Mobile Application.
• the Referred Customer is logged in and shall have its mobile number verified using One Time Password (OTP) before or during the Term of the Referral Program.
• the Referred Customer books the Recommended Hotel or any other Hotel within a period of 30 days from the click on the Referral Link shared by the User.
• the Referred Customer doesn’t cancel, reschedule or modify the booking made by him/her and completes a valid stay at the Recommended Hotel.
• the Referred Customer pays for the booking in the Recommended Hotel or any other Hotel only using the online payment options at the site.

For the purpose of these Terms a booking made by the Referred Customer will not be eligible as a Qualifying Stay if:

• the Referred customer is not logged in to Goibibo Mobile Application and has not verified his mobile number using OTP.
• the Referred Customer cancels the booking made by him/her or doesn’t show up on the date of check-in.
• the Referred Customer choses Pay-at-Hotel as a payment option for the booking.
• the Referred Customer makes the booking using another User’s Referral Link.
• the Referred Customer makes the booking by clicking on any paid channel link post clicking on Referral Link shared by the User. For the purpose of these terms a paid channel link includes any SEM, through affiliates, META & Display Marketing Links but excludes notifications, SMS and emailers sent directly by Goibibo. For the purpose of these terms a paid channel link includes any advertisements, SEM, through our affiliates, META Marketing Links but excludes notifications, SMS and emailers sent directly by Goibibo.
• the Referred Customers makes a booking using Goibibo website or mobile -site.

6. REFERRAL AWARDS

The Referral Rewards will be credited in the wallet tagged to the account of the User as per the table below:

The Referral Rewards is subject to the following:

• The maximum goCash you can earn in a month is 5000.
• Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable, and have no cash value or cash alternative.
• The Referral Rewards can be redeemed as per below section 7 and 8.
• The Referral Rewards will be calculated on the final amount paid by the Referred Customer, subject to rescheduling of the booking, cancellation of booking.

7. DELIVERY OF REFERRAL REWARDS

• If a User is eligible for a Referral Reward, you will receive an app notification.
• User will receive their Referral Reward once Goibibo has performed necessary risk and abuse checks. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Referral Reward without notice if it believes that either the User or the Referred Customer has engaged in any fraud or have abused the Referral Program.
• The Referral Reward will be automatically credited to the wallet tagged to User’s account on Goibibo within 7 days of a Qualifying Stay by the Referred Customer.

8. REDEMPTION OF REFERRAL REWARDS

• The Referral Rewards can be redeemed for any future bookings on Goibibo Mobile Application.
• The Referral Rewards must be used in 90 days from the date of credit in the wallet of the User.

9. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The User and Referred Customer must have Android - 14.1 or iOS - 11.1 or above versions of Goibibo Mobile Application.
• Internet access on a compatible mobile device is required for Goibibo Mobile Application.

10. USER AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

Participation in the Program may require a Referred Customer and/or a User to submit personal information about themselves. The participation in the Program and using the Goibibo Mobile Application is subject to the Goibibo User Agreement and the personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Goibibo Privacy Policy.
