Convenience fee per pax will be charged in case of cancellation.
Cancellation must be initiated from Goibibo app/website.
Zero Cancellation is available on only pure cancellations & will not be valid in case of Date Change.
Waiver is valid only for FULL cancellations (cancellations of all flights of a particular passenger, booked in an itinerary) for any or all passengers in a booking.
Service is valid only on selected one-way & return Domestic flights booked on Goibibo mobile App & www.goibibo.com
On return Bookings the total Zero Cancellation Fees will be addition of individual Cancellation Protection fees of both the legs.
On Return Bookings, Zero Cancellation can be purchased only if both the legs of Return booking are eligible for Zero Cancellation.
Amount collected for availing cancelation service will be non-refundable.
Complete penalty of the partial leg which is being cancelled will be refunded in case of partial cancellation.
In case of partial cancellation (Cancellation of only some flights booked in the itinerary), waiver will be computed by deducting the Zero Cancellation fees from the price of that cancelled flight only.
Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
Goibibo does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine, change in government rules and regulations or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program.
