What do you get?

• The customer will receive instant discount and cashback as listed in the table above
• The customer will receive cashback for the amount paid through Amazon Pay
• For Ex: If a customer does a booking on experiences and it costs him/her INR 500 after instant discount is applied. And does the full payment through Amazon Pay, customer will be eligible for cashback of 10% post application of instant discount on payment done i.e. cashback of INR 200 into his/her Amazon Pay wallet
• Offer is valid once per Amazon account during the offer period
• Offer is valid once per Goibibo account during the offer period

How do you get it?

• Cashback will be credited to your Amazon Pay account in 3 days
• This offer is valid on payment made through Amazon Pay
• The offer is valid from 20th March’2019 to 31st March’2019 (both days included) between 0000 hours to 2359 hours
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's mobile app (Android) only
• If the customer doesn't apply the code and ends up doing the total payment through Amazon Pay, 10% cashback (up to 200) of the amount paid will not be processed to Amazon Pay account

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet , 3rd party wallets (except Amazon Pay), COD, Pay Pal and Gift Card payment methods.
• Offer is not applicable on payments made via the Book Now Pay Later mode
• Offer is not valid on Domino’s and Moviecard

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer
• The Customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty

Other Terms & Conditions:

• If the account holder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the account holder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• The discount will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any account related claims, the customer shall approach Amazon and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
