Usage Rules

1. 1. goCash can be used for any booking made on goibibo via desktop, mobile app and mweb only.
2. 2. goCash usage is not applicable on Pay at hotel and holidays bookings.
3. 3. Goibibo holds the right to cancel all or partial goCash granted to the user by goibibo at any point in time without any prior notice.
4. 4. In case of any disputes, Goibibo 's decision will be final.

goCash+ Usage Rules:

1. 1. goCash+ can be used for flight and hotel bookings
2. 2. Only goCash+ earned by cancellations & refunds can be used for bus bookings.
3. 3. goCash+ earned through promotional activities like Refer and Earn cannot be used for bus bookings.

goCash Usage Rules

goCash can be used for flight, hotel and bus bookings as per the following rules :

1. a. Hotel Booking: Upto 25% of base fare (excluding tax) and maximum cap Rs. 4000 per day (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 3 transactions in 24 hours time window
2. b. Domestic Flights Booking: Upto 5% of transaction value and maximum cap Rs. 500 per day (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 1 transactions in 24 hours time window
3. c. International Flights Booking: Upto 5% of transaction value and maximum cap Rs. 5000 per day (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 2 transactions in 24 hours time window
4. d. Bus Booking: Upto 10% of transaction value and maximum cap Rs. 100 per transaction (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 1 transaction in 24 hours time window
5. e. Packages Booking (Flight+Hotel / Bus+Hotel / Routes & More): Upto 5% of transaction value and maximum cap Rs. 2500 per transaction (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 1 transaction in 24 hours time window
6. f. International Hotel Booking: Upto 15% of the transaction value (pre-tax base rate) and maximum cap of Rs. 4000 per day (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 3 transactions in 24 hours time window
7. g. Train Booking: Upto 15% of the transaction value and maximum cap of Rs. 20 (for Sleeper & 2S) and Rs. 40 (AC classes) per day (whichever is lower). Also a cap of 2 transactions in 24 hours time window
