• goStays 100% money back guarantee claim will not be valid for the following cases: - AC may not be present in hill stations - Assured amenities like AC, TV, Wi-Fi may be present only in common rooms of hostels or other such properties - Room categories that explicitly mention non-AC, paid Wi-Fi and no TV, or similar.
• Cleanliness issues for 100% money back guarantee includes spit marks, broken walls or flooring, stench in the room or washroom, pests such as cockroaches, dripping ceiling, etc.
• To raise a claim for 100% money back guarantee, it is mandatory to submit proof in the form of images or videos.
• In case check-in is denied, Goibibo will try to accommodate in the same property or arrange for a similar property.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add or alter any of the guaranteed services under the campaign.
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the campaign by a customer, Goibibo reserves the right take requisite action and peruse available recourse.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• For the bookings made under the campaign, User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this campaign by another campaign, whether similar to this Campaign or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
