- 2. The GoStays designation is intended solely as an indicative classification based on historical customer ratings and pricing data. The designation does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, a guarantee, warranty, or undertaking of quality, safety, or service standards by Goibibo.
- 3. The GoStays designation is dynamic in nature and may be added to or withdrawn from a property at the sole discretion of Goibibo, without prior notice.
- 4. Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with a property’s designation as a GoStays property, including but not limited to any variance in actual service standards, facilities, or conditions as experienced by the customer.
- 5. Goibibo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the GoStays programme or its eligibility criteria, at any time and without obligation to provide prior notice.
