- This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 09:00 hours IST on August 15, 2023 till 23:59 hours IST for travel from August 15, 2023 till 15th June 2024, subject to flight inventory availability and subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereinunder.
- During the Offer Period, IndiGo offers the following discounts(“Offer”) for all flight bookings made through travel agents:
- Up to 25% only on the base fare for flight bookings on all Domestic & International sectors of IndiGo. The offer can be availed by applying promocode “GOWISHES”
- Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to the customers, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
- Discount is not applicable on any Airport Charges and other Government taxes and levies.
- The Offer is valid on all sectors across IndiGo’s network, subject to flight inventory availability.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion, that is not mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
- This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
- The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings (i.e. booking of flight tickets for nine (9) or more people).
- All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at goindigo.in.
- The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
- IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
- By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
- This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
