Lenskart Offer – Terms and Conditions
- Lenskart Offer on ibibo begins on Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 and ends on Tuesday, 7th July, 2020.
- The Customer will avail the said Offer through Lenskart App or website.
- When you make a booking of any travel services, as may be made available, by Ibibo Group Private Limited (“Ibibo”), the said terms and conditions shall apply.

How to avail the Offer:
- The Customer shall make a successful booking between 1st July, 2020 to 7th July, 2020 through GOIBIBO website or App.
- The Customer shall receive a unique coupon code through an email from GOIBIBO within 10 days of the booking in order to avail the Offer through Lenskart website or App.
- The Coupon Code can be used once per Customer.
- This Offer is not valid and the Coupon Code cannot be availed by the Customer at any of the Lenskart retail outlets/stores.
- Multiple Coupons Codes cannot be clubbed in a single order.
- The membership made available through Offer cannot be returned or refunded.
- The Coupon Code shall be redeemable only through Lenskart website or App and shall be governed by the terms and conditions laid down by Lenskart.
- All orders made through Lenskart website or App would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions listed on the Lenskart website or App.
- Lenskart reserves the right to deny providing Offer to any customer on account of duplicity. GOIBIBO shall not be held responsible in this regard.
- GOIBIBO does not manufacturer, sells or distributes the products provided through Lenskart website or App and merely makes available the Coupon Code which enables availing of a gold membership for placing of orders on Lenskart website or App. Thus, GOIBIBO shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of Lenskart/ seller including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of order, quality, time taken to deliver the order, etc.
- The services made available by GOIBIBO shall be governed by the user policy and privacy policy available on GOIBIBO website or App.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
- GOIBIBO reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- GOIBIBO shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- GOIBIBO is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
- GOIBIBO shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
- GOIBIBO may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
- By participating in this Offer, the Customer gives GOIBIBO permission to use customer’s name, image and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or GOIBIBO brand name or services.
- GOIBIBO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental losses, damages incurred by any customer while availing the Offer.

- Membership benefits can be used 3 times a month and 12 times a year.
- Membership benefits are applicable at App, website, 600+ stores & Home try on service.
- Both products need to be added to cart to avail BOGO.
