Our Promise

• Goibibo guarantees you the LOWEST PRICE on International Flights Bookings departing from India.
• If, within 24 hours of booking, customer finds a lower International Airfare of same itinerary* on any other website (India-based online travel agency OTA), we will refund 10 times the difference, subject to a maximum of Rs.10,000.
• Refund payment will be made in the Goibibo Wallet. T&C Apply

*Same Itinerary

• Cities and Airports mentioned in the Homepage search widget should be exactly same and in the same order (Ex- ‘Delhi-Sydney-Melbourne-Delhi’ and ‘Delhi-Melbourne-Sydney-Delhi’ would be treated as 2 different itineraries)
• Date of departure from all cities involved in the itinerary (i.e. cities mentioned in search widget) should be same.
• Difference in time of departure from origin city could be +/- 2 hours.
• Difference in total journey time could be +/- 3 hours.
• Same or lesser no. of stop-overs, however stop-over airports need not to be same.

Claim Procedure

• If, within 24 hours of booking, customer finds a lower international airfare on any India-based online travel agency (OTA), we will refund 10 times the excess amount in Goibibo Wallet subject to a maximum of Rs.10,000.
• To claim refund, the customer must :
  1. Click on https://www.goibibo.com/support/
  2. Click on "Write to Us":
  
  3. Add your traveller details and Goibibo Booking Id in Issue Description
  4. Select "Issue Category" as Intl Flight New Booking
  
  5. Select "Issue" as Lowest Price Guarantee:
  
  6. Add attachment of following resources within 24 hours from time of booking:
     1. Screenshots of Payments Page of the similar lower priced flight details in JPG/PNG/PDF format with timestamp of when the screenshot was taken
     2. Goibibo Booking Voucher with price 
• Upon receipt of mail, Goibibo will verify the details, authenticity of the claim and reply back to you within 72 hours of receiving the mail.
• Valid comparison sources:
  1. Any other India-based online travel agency (OTA).
  2. Sources like coupon sites or sites where the name of the airline is not known/hidden before the final booking are not applicable.

Terms & Conditions:

• The offer will be applicable on International Flights bookings booked from www.Goibibo.com (Goibibo) desktop site, mobile site and Goibibo Android and iOS app
• Original booking needs to be fully paid in INR (Lock Prices, Partial Payment are not allowed)
• The price comparison between Goibibo booked itinerary and OTA’s Payment Page of the similar itinerary should only be in INR.
• Refund payment will be made to the Goibibo Wallet
• Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• No hidden or processing charges shall apply on the refund.
• Offer is applicable only on economy and premium economy class of international flights departing from India
• The refund will be applicable only on same itineraries*. Please refer the conditions of same itineraries above
• The Lowest Price Challenge is not applicable on bookings with deal code/ discounts/ bank offers applied on Goibibo
