- Unused metro tickets can be canceled by 10.30 PM of the same day only
- Hyderabad metro would not charge any cancellation fee for an unused metro ticket cancellation
- Goibibo would also not charge any cancellation fee for any cancellation for an unused metro ticket
- Only unused tickets can be canceled ( a ticket which has not been used even once at entry or exit of the metro station)
- If you have an unused ticket, Goibibo would send you a notification Informing about the cancellation of the unused ticket
- Upon cancellation, you would receive your refund in the payment method used to pay for the ticket amount.
