Inclusions & Exclusions
✔ Each voucher is for maximum of 2 adults sharing a room. Additional occupants shall be allowed as per hotel policies & and at an additional price payable as deemed by the hotel.
✔ Each voucher is valid for accommodation in the room category specified for 1 night. Multiple vouchers can be purchased and redeemed for stays longer than 1 night.
✔ The booking includes breakfast for 2 adults.
✔ Use of hotel facilities as per house rules.
✔ All Prices are Inclusive of Taxes and service charges.
✔ Valid for Stays up to 30th Nov 2020 (on select hotels) and 31st Dec 2020 (on select hotels)
❌ Tips & Gratuities (Optional)
❌ Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, etc.
❌ Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

How to Use
- You can purchase multiple vouchers depending on the number of nights of stay at the hotel.
- After buying the voucher, you have to contact the hotel on the phone number & email id (which you will receive) to make your reservation—stays valid till 30th Nov 2020 (on select hotels) and 31st Dec 2020 (on select hotels).
- This reservation has to be made minimum 7 days prior to your stay date (For example – if you want to stay on 7th Sep, then you have to make the reservation before 31st Aug.
- Once you have confirmed the date of stay, you will not be able to cancel or amend the reservation.

Terms & Conditions:
- All vouchers will be valid for stays till 30th November 2020 and select vouchers will be valid for stays till 31st December 2020. (except dates – Jul 31, Aug 3,15,16, Oct 22,23,24,25,26, Nov 14, 15, 16, 17)
- You have to make your reservation minimum 7 days prior to your stay date. (For example – if you want to stay on 7th Sep, then you have to make the reservation before 31st Aug.)
- One individual can purchase multiple vouchers.
- Once a voucher is purchased, it cannot be refunded.
- Once a reservation is made, no amendments will be allowed.
- All reservations will be NON-REFUNDABLE
- Any additional item / activity consumed at the hotel apart from the inclusions (like additional meal, extra adult, extra child, room upgrade, etc.) have to be paid directly at the hotel

- Ques: - After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?
- Ans:- Usually you will get the voucher instantly after the successful payment. However, in unforeseen circumstances, if there is any delay, you will get the confirmation voucher within 24 hrs.
- Ques: - How do I know if booking is confirmed?
- Ans: - You may login to the Make My Trip App and tap “TRIPS” to check the status of your bookings.
