Flights T&Cs

• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee, taxes and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
• The offer is not valid on "Multi-City Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on Goibibo website.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers applicable during the offer period.

Additional T&Cs

• Students must present valid student identification (student ID card/university acceptance letter, and student visa for the destination country) at the airport check-in counter at the time of departure
• Failure to provide valid student identification may result in the extra baggage benefit being forfeited and chargeable at the applicable fare, or else the passenger may be denied boarding.
• Applicable for full-time students aged between 16 and 30 years and travel must be completed on/after the 16th birthday or before the 31st birthday of the passenger (different age limits for different airlines)

What is Additional Savings on EMI?

• In Additional Savings on EMI, monthly instalment = Total product price / EMI tenure in months
• EMI Processing fee levied by bank is not covered under Additional Savings on EMI Cashback offer. Processing fees is charged separately by the bank along with first EMI instalment as a one-time charge.
• The discount amount shall be equal to the total interest amount payable on the EMI. Any GST levied on interest amount is not covered under the Additional Savings on EMI discount offer
• For e.g.:
• You pay Rs. 30,000 for your ticket using Additional Savings on for 3 months, your card will be blocked for Rs. 30,000 at MMT
• Your bank will convert this to EMI within 4-7 days.
• Discount equal to the 3 months interest amount (Rs. 782) will be adjusted to the final payable amount. This reduces a loan of Rs. 30,782 (principal + interest) to a loan of Rs. 30,000
• You will be charged GST of Rs. 140.76 applicable on interest amount of Rs. 782 by the bank. The total cost to the cardholder would be Rs. 30,140.76 (Ticket price+ GST).
• The discount under Additional Savings on credit card payment option is being offered exclusively by MMT and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.
• Cardholder will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment to the ICICI Bank Credit Card in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card.
• Cardholder will have to pay applicable Bank convenience fee for EMI transactions.

Terms of the Offer:

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.GI.com/MyAccount/
  MyIncidents/NewComplaintwithin 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
• This offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank corporate cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
• In the event of ICICI Card being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for this offer on ICICI Cards.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the bank directly and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such case, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
