How to avail the Offer?
- The Customer upon successful completion of their transaction for ordering a forex card or currency shall receive an email on their registered email ID from BookMyForex.
- The Customer will be required to fill in their account details on the link provided in the above stated email.
- Upon providing the relevant information, the Customer shall receive the amount of cashback, as per the slabs, within thirty (30) days product provided by BookMyForex.

What do you get?
- The Customer will get the Offer as cashback on his/her purchase of first forex card or currency notes on either GI or bookmyforex.com
- The cashback amount shall be credited to the respective bank account of the Customer, the details of which are being provided directly to BookMyForex upon successful purchase of the Forex.

Conditions in case of cancellation
- If the Customer cancels the transaction upon making a successful purchase of the Forex card or currency, the Customer shall not be eligible to receive the cashback under the Offer and the terms of cancellation as provided on the BookMyForex platform shall be applicable.

General Terms and Conditions
- This Offer is applicable only on forex cards and currency notes only.
- This Offer is valid for the Customers starting their journey of acquiring the forex products through GI platform or Bookmyforex.com.
- The code for eligibility of the Offer shall be auto applied for the Customers on their new purchase. Reloading of the existing forex cards is not covered under these terms and conditions.
- No other offer can be clubbed with this Offer.
- Any Customer(s), who is a resident of India, buying a Forex Card and currency will be eligible for a cashback in accordance with the terms of the Offer provided herein.
- TripMoney for the purposes of this Offer is capturing the details of the Customers and is passing the details to BookMyForex for successful completion of the purchase of forex card or currency from BookMyForex by the Customer. Thus, BookMyForex is responsible for successful completion of the transaction and issuance of the forex card thereof subject to BMF terms of use. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Customer shall not be claiming from TripMoney or GI in the event of unsuccessful transaction.
- GI reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer/ contest by another offer, whether similar to this Offer/ contest or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- If the payment towards the booking is made through CC/ DC, the customer shall approach the bank for any claims related thereof and GI shall not entertain any such claims.
- GI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- GI shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Notwithstanding anything contrary contained hereunder, in no event the aggregate liability of BMF and GI under this Offer shall exceed the amount of the cashback provided to the Customer under this Offer.
- GI may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/ Offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
- For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the relevant bank and GI shall not entertain any such claims.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the Customer, GI reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel the transaction.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection to this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.
- All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on GI platform will be applicable to this Offer. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the GI website https://www.goibibo.com. Further, Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and GI reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
- All the terms and conditions as may be applicable while availing the BookMyForex products shall be covered and governed by the terms and conditions provided alongside the products
