What do you get?

• Book any goStays hotel through Goibibo, and get a Zomato Voucher of Rs.150
• The voucher can be used to get a flat discount of Rs.150 when used to order food on Zomato

How do you get it?

• The minimum transaction value on Goibibo to be eligible for this offer is Rs.1000
• This offer is applicable only on goStays Hotel bookings
• This offer is not applicable on “Pay at Hotel” bookings, “Secret Hotels” bookings and “Reserve Now, Pay Later” bookings
• This offer is not applicable for check-ins happening on the same day as the booking date.
• This offer is valid for transactions done on or after 9th October 2018, for check-in between 10th October 2018 and 25th November, 2018
• Customers can avail this offer against a maximum of 1 booking per day
• These codes can be used only once per user ID
• The Zomato Voucher shall be sent to eligible bookers via SMS on their registered phone number by 3 PM on the day of Check-in.
• The Zomato voucher is valid till 30th November 2018
• This code cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• The Zomato Voucher code can be used against online payment only
• Customer will receive unique voucher codes via email/SMS.
• This offer is valid on bookings made through the Goibibo App (Android / iOS) and Website

What else do you need to know?

• This offer is valid on goStays domestic hotel bookings made through Goibibo only
• Zomato voucher codes are unique codes that can be used only once

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the voucher
• In case of partial cancellation, offer stand void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for the offer.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
