This is an absolute delight of an hotel. The room is wood panneled and winderfully warm. They even have a bed side remote control panel that operates the a/c snd temp. The made chibese for dinner, which was completely not on the memu. How cool is that. Wonderful staff as well. They keep the place going.

It was a pleasant stay at four points sheraton vizag. Their services are excellent and front desk staff specially Mr Soutik helped through our check in process and was very kind in giving us a free upgrade and late check out facility. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to their team.

The hotel is really good. Staff was so co-operating and the best, whenever I call for help they are coming on time.. Pool was clean and well maintained. Very happy with overall experience. One thing I want to add that Hotel can add more variety in their breakfast menu.

Overseas stay was comfortable with very kind hospitality from the staff. Location is little away from rest of the world. Cleanliness is taken care of well. Staff and the reception, dining area, house-keeping and all are very friendly and helpful.
