I found that a few from reception area were neutral towards Asians. It was a general observation. I missed my flight and was discussing from the staff what to do next, what might be the rescheduling fee etc. He 'misunderstood' that(as per him) and told me no-no you have to pay for the stay here- cannt let you stay for free. I told him I have already extended my stay by paying online.And even after that he demanded 30 Ringgits(for that day) from me because of some 'misunderstanding'. Not cool. Met some nice people there and some with a different kind of air around them. Best for females, **** loving or Western people below the age of 26-17.

Stay was very good. Location was good but had problem while reaching there as there is no personal board of the property. Staff and services were good. Food was very good.

Very very good for the budget Travellers,every thing is near by at walking distance , good location , free break fast, good food available nearby.

Very good location and it was in the center. Staff was co-operative. Veg Indian Food was available there and it was very good. Services were good.

Staff behavior,. amenities and services were nice. Location was great. There was dining facility. Free WiFi was given as complimentary services.

It's location was very hard to get & even their room was too small & their ac was not working properly as well. I didn't like this place.
